Actualmente buscamos incorporar un perfil de Customer Service Representative a nuestro equipo en Cornellá (Barcelona) para un contrato temporal. Como Customer Service Representative, te encargarás de:

- Gestionar una cartera asignada de clientes, actuando como punto de contacto principal y garantizando una experiencia de cliente excelente.
- Proporcionar soporte integral a los clientes, gestionando de forma ágil y eficaz consultas, pedidos, solicitudes e incidencias.
- Administrar y mantener los datos maestros de clientes, incluyendo contratos, precios, condiciones comerciales y condiciones de pago, asegurando la calidad y exactitud de la información.
- Gestionar y resolver reclamaciones, incidencias y disputas de facturación, identificando causas raíz e impulsando acciones preventivas.
- Asesorar a los clientes en el uso de herramientas digitales, portales de autoservicio y procesos de pedido online, promoviendo su adopción y eficiencia.
- Colaborar estrechamente con las áreas de Ventas, Operaciones, Supply Chain, Finanzas, Crédito y Cobros para garantizar una respuesta eficaz a las necesidades del cliente y contribuir a la reducción de la morosidad.
- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes, fomentando su satisfacción, fidelización y crecimiento a largo plazo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos administrativos y estándares de calidad, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos y de negocio.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.




- Pasión por la atención al cliente y la excelencia en el servicio.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y resolver problemas con atención al detalle.
- Experiencia previa en SAP y herramientas de Office.
- Castellano nativo/alto, se valorará conocimiento de portugués.
- Se valorará estudios superiores (diplomatura, licenciatura, o máster).
