Dow Jones is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist (CES) in Spain to manage renewals and protect revenue within defined accounts. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and drive renewals, pricing, contracting, and invoicing while supporting new sales into existing accounts.
You will build renewal plans, monitor risk, provide monthly updates, and ensure customers receive training and product usage insights.
