Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent and impactful user experiences
Use these insights to guide design decisions across the product
Communicate design solutions clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
Translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant design solutions, balancing user insights, business requirements and technical constraints.
Contribute to evolving our design system, strengthening guidelines, patterns, and best practices across all products
5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with 3+ years designing for complex products or commercial apps
~ A college degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience
~ Experience tackling complex design problems and driving design work end-to-end, from discovery through delivery
