Temporary six months contract
As a Payroll Specialist at Ebury, you are the technical and operational heart of the employee experience. You ensure our global team of 1,900 + professionals across 29+ markets is paid accurately, compliantly, and on time.
End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team.
Analysis and documentation of each country's control framework and payroll processing guidance.
Ad hoc project support. Finance, HR, etc.) and the payroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence.
Performing reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls.
Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.
Support Finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities.
Regularly review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Attend to all escalated and critical payroll related issues on a timely basis.
At least 2 years’ experience of processing payroll across multiple countries.
Experience of working with a general payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay.
Ability to take ownership of payroll processes.
Excellent communication skills in English. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup and other formulas)
