contributing to their design, development and implementation.Identify opportunities to reuse and scale AI capabilities, process patterns and solutions across related processes and business areas.Experience analyzing and redesigning End-to-End processes and translating business challenges into actionable transformation initiatives.Experience working on cross-functional transformation projects involving Business, Operations and Technology.Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, automation or technology-enabled transformation projects is highly valued.Fluent English required (C1 level or equivalent).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure problems and translate analysis into practical solutions.Ability to translate business and process needs into clear requirements and work effectively with Business, Engineering, Data and AI specialists.Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organization.Execution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage own deliverables, work autonomously while seeking guidance when needed, and contribute to projects from analysis through implementation.Curiosity and strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, technology and their application to business transformation.
