We run T Cloud Public!T Cloud Public is apublic cloud standardproduct based onopen sourcecommunity softwareand driven byprinciplesofDevSecOps. With thiscustomer-orientedand agile orientation, we are the anchor point for the Public Cloud business in Deutsche Telekom Group.

We are looking for people who are professionals and evangelists with a great deal of enthusiasm forcloudtechnology and whoare up to the challenges created by the development and operation of a hyper-scale public cloud.

Your Tasks

As aProcess Manageryouknow IT-Processes from ITIL to Agile. Youadapt and implementprocesses to the specific needsof modern Cloud IT Operations:

- Eliminate wait times in Agile workflows.




- Consistentlyautomate withcommon frameworks.
- Design and implement internal tools and services.
- Maintain an overview of processes, communication, and motivation within the team.
- Establish and communicate processes where necessary.
- Engage in improving overarchingprocess-landscapesand structures.
- Work in a community where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner.

Qualifications

- Completed studies ina technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training.
- 5-7years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
- Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps.
- Knowledge of agile development processes.
- High levelof customer orientation.
- Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches to solutions.
- OpenStack and programming experience inopen sourceprojects is a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
