About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and update Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures for chemical operations.
- Conduct remote risk assessments and hazard analyses for existing and new processes.

- Provide expert HSE advice and support to operational teams globally through virtual channels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international HSE regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental/Safety Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the chemical or process industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management principles, and incident investigation techniques.
- Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fully remote setting.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and virtual collaboration skills.
- Experience with environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001) and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) is highly valued.
