We are looking fora Project manager junior to join an important Project located in Madrid in Hybrid job modality.

What are we looking for?

- An/a Project manager junior , with at least years of experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a qualifying Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in proposal preparation (commercial and administrative aspects) and project management.
- Knowledge of project/program management, business economics, contract drafting, industrial engineering processes(design, development, production, and in-service support), supply chain and logistics, and quality management.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Within the FCAS and Special Projects Management Team, identify and develop business initiatives and opportunities in the fields of avionics, communications, and optronics.
- Carry out the definition of projects in terms of contractual requirements, scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
- Monitor the proper execution of projects, including activities performed by suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare periodic reports and maintain up-to-date information regarding action plans associated with the department's projects/programmes,



as well as medium- and long-term commercial interests and relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date schedules for the various contracts, tracking milestones, technical team adherence, and identifying risks that may impact project objectives.
- Manage information related to contract costs, expenses, invoicing, and profit margins for ongoing contracts.
- Collaborate with the project's technical management team in defining the work breakdown structure (WBS) for contracts under preparation and determining the company's level of participation in terms of both technical scope and financial contribution.
