About the Role

Our client, a leading Recruitment Consultancy, is expanding its remote workforce and is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Manufacturing sector. This role will operate on a fully remote basis, allowing you to manage recruitment processes for clients across various industrial locations. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing skilled professionals within manufacturing operations, from production roles to engineering and management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant to leverage their expertise in a adaptable, home-based environment, focusing on a critical and diverse sector. You will contribute to optimizing client operations by securing the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing and operations roles, including skilled trades, engineers, and management positions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract talent in the industrial sector, both locally and nationally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients, understanding their production needs and company culture.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills-based interviews and reference checks.




- Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary expectations, and recruitment best practices for manufacturing roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in manufacturing, industrial, or operations recruitment.
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for technical and operational roles.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chains, and relevant skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and online sourcing tools is essential.
