Business Analyst / Consultant – ERP (JD Edwards)

We are looking for

Business Analysts

to support a global pharmaceutical transformation programme. The role will focus on translating business requirements into functional solutions across

finance, controlling, ordering, and indirect procurement , with particular expertise in

JD Edwards .

Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the Madrid office Languages:

English and Spanish required

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and effective process solutions. Support
- finance, controlling, ordering, and indirect procurement
- processes. Work with
- JD Edwards
- as the primary ERP platform; knowledge of
- Microsoft Dynamics 365/Navision
- is an advantage. Support business process transition and integration towards
- SAP . Collaborate with general and local stakeholders, as well as Shared Service Centre teams. Support
- GxP-regulated processes
- within a pharmaceutical environment.



Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. Contribute to a project-based transformation environment through 2027/28.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience
- as a Business Analyst, ideally within finance, procurement, ERP, or business transformation. Strong experience with
- JD Edwards ; Oracle/JD Edwards experience is highly desirable. Proven experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and process improvements. Strong understanding of
- finance, controlling, and procurement processes , particularly indirect procurement. Experience working with
- Shared Service Centres
- and geographically distributed teams. Pharmaceutical or GxP experience
- is strongly preferred. Exposure to
- SAP transformation or migration projects
- is an advantage. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
