As a Junior Sales Recruiter , you’ll be responsible for building relationships, developing business opportunities and helping technology professionals secure exciting new career opportunities across France, the Benelux region or German-speaking markets .
Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
Building your personal brand and market presence
French or German or Dutch fluency (mother tongue or C2 level)




Good English for internal communication in our international office
Retail
Experience working towards targets, KPIs or performance metrics
Sales experience is highly desirable but not essential.

Junior Recruitment Consultant (Entry-level) with €23,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €Recruitment Consultant (Experienced) with €25,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €Uncapped commission structure — earnings can exceed the estimated range depending on individual performance.
