About This Opportunity

Automation Consulting (AC) is supporting a leading international TIC group in hiring a Region Head (President) to lead its Europe & America business for the Consumer Goods vertical. The successful candidate will be employed directly by the client and will report into their executive leadership, with AC managing the recruitment process.

Role Overview

This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for the client's Europe & America business expansion in the Consumer Goods vertical. The Region Head will lead and grow the existing local team, drive business development to expand the client's presence across Europe and America, and serve as part-time Marketing Director for the region — combining team leadership, commercial growth,



and regional strategy in one position.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional growth strategy across Europe and America for the Consumer Goods vertical
- Build and manage teams, and independently train new employees
- Proactively develop customers and channels, actively penetrating mid-to-large customer accounts
- Serve as part-time Marketing Director for the region
- Present a clear, feasible 3-month and 6-month work plan upon joining

Requirements

- Proven background in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) xghoner industry — preference for candidates with Testing & Inspection experience specifically
- Direct experience in consumer goods testing and inspection
- Solid understanding of prevailing TIC industry salary levels across the EU
- Strong grasp of how performance is measured in Europe's TIC industry, including KPI evaluation frameworks
- Established channel resources and strong knowledge of consumer goods industry activity
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
