Nexthink is seeking a Senior End User Experience Manager to lead a 9-person general EUE team and redefine internal IT support. You will drive a modern, AI-augmented, largely self-service model, anchored by Spark and a new AI-powered ITSM platform, while collaborating with Engineering and Product to shape development.
You will champion Nexthink's DEX internally, apply ISO27001/SOC2 controls, and manage budget and stakeholder expectations at an executive level.
