Tasks / Responsibilities

- Lead cross-regional Supply Planning projects covering demand planning, inventory replenishment, production planning and scheduling.
- Drive planning process, methodology and system improvements to enhance service levels, inventory performance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate Demand, Supply, Production, Logistics, Customer Service and IT teams to ensure alignment across regions.
- Manage project governance, planning performance KPIs, roadmaps and stakeholder communication.
- Promote planning standardization, data analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.

Academic Qualification / Other Training

- Mandatory: University Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, STEM, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience: Mandatory: 5-8 years of experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain projects or similar roles.
- Optional: Experience in planning systems implementation and project management.

Language Skills

Mandatory: High written and spoken Spanish and English (C1)
