We are currently seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a 40m+ Private Sailing Yacht.

Program:
Caribbean for the winter with regatta and owner use. Med for the summer 2027.
Position Type:
Permanent.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Chief or Sole Stew on larger sailing vessels.
- Sailing experience is essential.
- Confident with all aspects of the interior.
- Able to lead by example.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and great team player are of importance.
- Fluent in English
- Non-smoker
- B1 Visa is preferred.
- Schengen visa and Seamans Discharge Book for non-EU passport holders.
Additional Info:
- OPEN TO A COUPLE WITH A FIRST MATE OR STEW/DECK/ENGINEER.
- 6 crew onboard (mixed nationalities).
- Salary DOE
- Standard MLC SEA.
