- Content Team Lead (for tutorials) in the Content team
- You’ll own how Hostinger’s tutorials get made - at speed, at quality, and at scale
- From running the end-to-end production pipeline and setting the quality bar to developing a team of writers and editors, you’ll be the person who turns SEO’s planned topics into published tutorials that help millions of people succeed online
- You’ll work closely with the SEO team and report to the Head of Content
- Own the end-to-end tutorial production: pipeline, team, schedule, and throughput
- Propose and own quarterly tutorial OKRs: plan team capacity against the production calendar and deliver against it
- Track throughput, spot bottlenecks early, and resolve issues before they escape
- Set and document the quality bar for all tutorials: human-written and AI-generated, and make sure your team delivers it
- Manage, develop, and give regular performance feedback to a team of writers and editors
- Identify skillset gaps: close them through hiring, onboarding and developing the people you already have
- Build a self-sufficient team that makes decisions without you
- The Tutorials team creates and maintains practical,
