SafeStays, the rental division of The One Properties, is seeking a full-time, hybrid role based in Madrid to lead property acquisition, portfolio growth, and landlord relationship management.
You will identify and secure new properties, cultivate relationships with landlords and local partners, perform market research and pricing analyses, present SafeStays' services to owners, negotiate terms, coordinate inspections and onboarding, and maintain long-term relationships.
