In this KYC Specialist role, you own key ongoing processes to ensure compliant user onboarding and ongoing due diligence for high-risk customers. Working in the Madrid office as part of the French Market KYC team, you bolster regulatory compliance while delivering a smooth customer experience. You apply EDD/ODD principles, analyze financial data, and collaborate across teams to resolve inquiries and adapt to new guidelines. This is a fast-paced, multicultural environment focused on maintaining trust with authorities, customers, and stakeholders.

• Perform due diligence for High-Risk Customers and PEP

• Maintain SLA targets by efficiently managing cases
• Utilize KYC tools and platforms for case processing

• Interpret financial statements and data to inform decisions
• Identify risks and required documentation through thorough assessments
• Demonstrate problem-solving to resolve cases independently
• Collaborate with MLRO and Customer Support to resolve questions
• Contribute to guidelines/tool adoption and adapt to process changes
• Participate in projects and share case findings with the team
• Support a customer-centric KYC experience balancing compliance and usability
• Foster open dialogue and seek feedback for growth
Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience in KYC (EDD/ODD exposure preferred)
• Proven track record in managing and resolving KYC cases
• Experience in fast-paced finance/banking environments desired
• Excellent hands-on experience in KYC Operations
• Knowledge of banking regulations is preferable
• Strong analytical skills to generate insights independently
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset under pressure
• Fluency in English and French mandatory; additional languages a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders
