Experteer Overview
As Enterprise Program Manager, you will oversee large-scale client programs across Lighthouse’s hospitality customers, coordinating BI implementations and product onboarding. You’ll align global accounts with regional strategies, manage complex projects, and maintain strong executive relationships. Your work enables hoteliers to act faster on real-time intelligence and drives higher customer value. This role combines program leadership with a customer-centric, cross-functional collaboration mindset in a fast-growing AI-enabled company.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Lighthouse solutions, including BI dashboards, for flagship global clients
• Organize and manage all programs within enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery and objective achievement
• Set governance and manage stakeholder expectations from properties to general HQ C-levels
• Create and maintain project documentation outlining timelines, activities, and risks using task management tools
• Bridge clients with Product and Engineering teams to capture requirements and manage delivery timelines
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through robust project plans and regular program status calls




• Represent EMEA customers to internal teams and provide actionable feedback to improve products and processes

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in a program or project management role with enterprise or global accounts
• Strong hospitality industry knowledge including hotel management structures, chain operations, and OTA environment
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently from planning to execution
• Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills with comfort engaging C-level executives
• Tech-savvy with ability to understand data solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work autonomously across time zones (APAC and AMER)
• Proven ability to influence and direct internal teams to meet objectives and milestones
• Coachable and adaptable attitude with willingness to receive feedback
