Overview

Join Factorial as a Founding Account Executive for Factorial IT in the DACH region and help define a new product category. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape GTM strategy and customer experience. This role offers high impact in a startup-like unit within a fast-growing European SaaS company, with a clear path to scale to multi-million ARR. You will engage IT and operations leaders to unify HR, IT, and SaaS tools on a single platform, driving tangible business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- .Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close
- Conduct discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations with IT/Operations decision-makers




- Build consultative relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospects
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing to shape demos and future product direction
- Track and forecast opportunities in HubSpot CRM and align with the founding team

Requisitos principales

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably IT/Cloud/Operations
- Native or bilingual German, professional English
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Organized, analytical, and forecast-driven
- Passion for technology and the SaaS space
- Entrepreneurial mindset
