In this role you join Worley’s Land Transport u0026amp; Logistics Service Line to develop and apply transport and logistics models across the EMEA region. You will support planning studies, run simulations, and produce client-ready outputs that inform infrastructure and operations decisions. The position offers exposure to both transport modelling and logistics simulation within an integrated consulting team, with a clear focus on delivering practical, advisory solutions. A meaningful opportunity to shape mobility and supply chain outcomes for diverse projects.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and apply transport and logistics models (microsimulation, strategic models, demand models, and simulations)
• Support mobility, transport planning, logistics, and supply chain optimization studies
• Create demand forecasts and operational scenarios for people and freight movements
• Analyse model outputs and KPIs to support decision-making
• Develop transport modelling using tools such as PTV package and other relevant software
• Develop logistics simulations using tools such as AnyLogic and other relevant software
• Contribute to technical analyses for Traffic Impact Studies, Tu0026R estimation, and related advisories
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated consulting outputs




• Prepare technical reports, client deliverables and presentations with clear modelling results
• Participate in project meetings and support project managers in coordinating modelling activities
• Contribute to proposals and bids with technical inputs under guidance of senior staff
• Note: this is a consulting/advisory role, not a design role

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s-level or higher degree in a related discipline; Master’s preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in transport modelling, planning, logistics simulation, or related analytics
• Experience in at least one of: transport modelling/planning tools (VISUM, VISSIM, VISWALK, AIMSUN, EMME, SATURN, CUBE) or logistics/simulation tools (AnyLogic, Witness, FlexSim, Simio, Arena)
• Data analysis, scenario modelling, and interpretation of model outputs
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills with ability to produce client-ready outputs
• Proficient Excel and PowerPoint with ability to communicate results clearly
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams within a consulting environment
• Proficient written/spoken English; Spanish required for Spain/Colombia-based candidates; other languages advantageous
