Our client is a Tier-1 player across the BESS field operating at the forefront of the global energy transition. With a strong international footprint and a customer base that includes some of the world’s largest developers and investors, the organization is redefining standards in efficiency, innovation, and long-term value creation. This role will play a crucial part in the development of existing projects along with the responsibility to develop new customer relationships & strategic partnerships globally for utility-scale projects. Responsibilities

Grow the sales pipeline and expand customer share-of-wallet in collaboration with regional sales teams. Define and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share within the energy storage sector. Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with key stakeholders across utilities, developers, and funds.



Build and maintain long-term relationships with key global clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary customer interface for senior-level engagement, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer and market requirements Skills and Qualifications

Strong mix of Business Development and Key Account Management experience. Background in Energy Storage Systems is important. Solar background may be considered. Established network within the battery energy storage ecosystem with EPCs, IPPs, Developers & investment funds. Minimum 10-15 years’ relevant industry experience. Proven ability to close deals and operate commercially at a senior level. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate across technical and commercial interfaces.
