Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape Pulse, our multi-tenant BI platform for hospitality, delivering both frontend experiences and data analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build features across Angular/TypeScript and React, while designing ETL pipelines and ClickHouse data models for fast analytics. The role blends product development with data engineering, enabling insightful dashboards and robust data architectures. You will work in a hybrid setup, bridging client-facing applications and scalable data infrastructure to drive informed decisions across hotel operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop features across Angular/TypeScript front end and React-based mobile app, backed by Express.js
• Contribute to a subdomain-based, multi-product architecture with shared sessions and a database-driven feature registry
• Maintain dashboards, reporting, and data visualizations
• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines feeding ClickHouse Cloud warehouse
• Model and optimize ClickHouse schemas, including MergeTree engines, partitioning, projections, and materialized views
• Write and tune SQL for ClickHouse and MySQL (Azure) to support reporting
• Diagnose data pipeline issues and query performance bottlenecks using EXPLAIN plans
• Ensure data accuracy through audits and quality checks




• Serve as a technical point of contact for users; triage tickets and feature requests
• Collaborate with analysts, product, and stakeholders; translate requirements into solutions
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), manage services with PM2, and work with Redis caching
• Operate within Azure-hosted infrastructure (Container Apps, Blob Storage, Data Factory) and Google Cloud Storage integrations
• Implement data security and access controls and stay current with trends in data engineering and front-end development

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer and/or Data Engineer
• Strong SQL skills with a columnar/analytical database focus; ClickHouse preferred
• Front-end: Angular and TypeScript; back-end: Node.js/Express.js
• Python for scripting and data processing
• React for mobile app development
• Cloud experience, preferably Azure
• Excellent problem-solving, fast-paced collaboration, and clear communication in English
• French is a plus
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
