We're recruiting German speakers for a Customer
Support Specialist role on a Tech account based in Barcelona,
Spain. You'll help users of a major digital platform with account
and product support. Start date: 31/Aug/26. In this role, you'll
answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate
records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the
right team when needed. We're looking for candidates who
communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in
English day to day. Prior customer service experience is a plus but
not essential, as full training is provided. You can expect
thorough initial training, continuous coaching from your team lead,
and a clear path for career progression over time. If this sounds
