In this role you will drive Justice Sector revenue in Spain, leading a high-impact sales team in a transforming IT environment. You will shape the commercial strategy, secure complex deals, and maintain key customer relationships while partnering with top management. You’ll engage with public-sector stakeholders and leverage tech trends to enable IT transformation. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence digital change in the Justice sector at scale.

• Report to top management in Spanish and English
• Participate in industry events and roundtables to maintain a strong public-sector presence

Responsabilidades
• Sales leadership experience in Justice Administration sector verifiable
• Proven track record in sales and team leadership
• English fluency (written and spoken) and strong negotiation skills
• Industry knowledge of the Justice sector and credibility in the field
• Excellent relationships and high credibility in public sector contexts
• University degree or equivalent education
• Ability to bring, manage and close big deals (u003e€5M)
• Relocation not supported, visa sponsorship not provided
