Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as a key liquidity provider for equity derivatives, focusing on vanilla options and light exotics. You will price client flows, hedge complex risk, and leverage technology to optimize trading. You’ll work closely with Sales to grow franchise revenue and monitor markets to uncover opportunities. This position offers a chance to impact profitability and risk reporting within a dynamic, high-pressure trading desk.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of front-office experience in Equity Derivatives Trading
• Deep knowledge of options pricing, volatility dynamics, and Greek risk management
• Advanced VBA and Python for quantitative model development, data analysis, and automation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and data-driven decision making under pressure
• Excellent communication and collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• English fluency; Spanish is a strong plus
