Overview

As a Junior Analytics Engineer in Glovo’s AI & Data Enablement team, you will help build reliable data foundations and enable data products across the business. You’ll contribute to AI-enabled workflows while strengthening data quality and documentation. You partner with analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver trusted data assets and responsible AI usage. The role offers hands-on growth in analytics engineering within a general, fast-paced environment and a clear path toward owning data initiatives with increasing independence.

- Design and maintain reliable data models that support business decisions
- Write production-grade SQL transformations with data quality and testing practices
- Contribute to AI-driven engineering initiatives using GenAI literacy




- Automate manual workflows and build smarter data products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Grow toward independent ownership of small data products and AI-enabled data initiatives

Requisitos principales

- 1–2 years of data experience in analytics/data engineering, BI, math, CS
- Proficient SQL with debugging, joins, aggregations; working knowledge of Python; basic Git practices
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts (facts, dimensions, granularity) and tools like BigQuery, dbt, Looker
- AI-first mindset with solid GenAI usage for coding, analysis, or automation; emphasis on validation and responsible use
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; fluent English; proactive, detail-oriented team player
