Experteer Overview
In this role you will provide hands-on, Tier 2 HR support across Iberia (Spain and Portugal), strengthening local HR processes and the employee experience. You will work with the People Partner Iberia and cross-functional teams to implement policies, manage lifecycle HR activities, and drive local initiatives. You will address workforce administration, onboarding, performance and compensation processes, and compliance, contributing to a more integrated Iberia People model. This is an opportunity to shape HR practices in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

• Implement and continuously improve HR policies and processes across Spain and Portugal to align with company standards and local law
• Provide Tier 2 guidance on HR processes and lifecycle matters, escalating complex issues to specialists
• Manage workforce administration: data accuracy, changes, documentation, and coordination with HR Shared Services Center
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including induction, system setup, and benefits registration
• Support Talent Acquisition activities: review job descriptions and requisitions; participate in early careers processes
• Administer local benefits,



payroll-related processes, and compensation activities; coordinate payroll and vendor invoices
• Support performance management and talent processes: goal setting, year-end reviews, and development plans
• Handle employee relations matters: attendance, investigations, leaves, and documentation
• Coordinate employment changes, severance, settlements, and exits with People Partners and Legal teams
• Track mandatory learning, compliance, and training documentation
• Contribute to Iberia HR projects: talent management, employee experience, DEI, pay transparency, and pay model implementation

Responsabilidades
• Good knowledge of Iberian best practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; Workday knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
• 3–5 years of experience with similar HR tasks
• Payroll knowledge valued
