In this role you drive the Market People Relations agenda to support business goals while safeguarding compliance and delivering an exceptional colleague experience. You act as a strategic partner to leaders on labour relations, health and safety, and policy implementation, shaping local strategy in alignment with the global Colleague Strategy. You lead the local People Relations team and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to manage risk, support transformation, and leverage data-driven insights. This role offers the opportunity to influence people practices at scale in a fast-paced, global fashion business.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the Market People Relations strategy aligned with the H&M; Group Colleague Strategy
- Coach leaders on strategic and operational people matters
- Manage labour law, industrial relations, unions and works councils, and collective bargaining
- Ensure compliance with local laws, policies, and governance
- Develop and lead the local People Relations team
- Drive health, safety, wellbeing,



and workplace initiatives with stakeholders
- Support business transformation with People Relations expertise
- Analyze people data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with Global People Relations to adapt policies locally

Requisitos principales

- Qualified lawyer with qualifications in Labour Law, Industrial Relations or related fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading and developing teams; extensive People/Employee/ Labour Relations experience
- Solid experience with works councils and trade unions
- Proven ability to resolve complex employee relations matters
- Experience in international and matrix organisations
- Proven coaching and influencing skills with leaders
- Strong stakeholder management and credibility across organization levels
- Experience driving people strategies, organisational change, and transformation
- Strong analytical skills using data for decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- English professional proficiency; Spanish required; additional languages advantageous
