Experteer Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end B2B debt management and Direct Debit optimization within Glovo's On-Demand Finance team. You’ll build scalable FinOps processes to safeguard cash flow and support rapid growth across markets. You’ll partner with Commercial, Legal, and external partners to resolve billing issues, automate workflows, and ensure data integrity. The role combines hands-on operational finance with data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced tech environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the debt recovery framework and analyze strategic debtors to minimize bad debts in coordination with Commercial and Legal teams
• Own Direct Debit collection strategy across markets, analyze payment rejections, and implement fixes to reduce failures
• Develop financial models and trackers, document SOPs, and specify Product u0026 Tech requirements to automate workflows
• Serve as the point of contact for complex partner billing escalations and translate issues into resolutions with Account Managers and partners
• Monitor, report,



and fix financial data discrepancies with Financial Systems, GBS, and Data teams

Responsabilidades
• 1-3+ years of experience in Financial Operations, O2C, Strategic Finance, Accounting, or Data/Business Analysis in a fast-paced tech or marketplace environment
• Foundational O2C knowledge (invoicing, debt aging, Direct Debit, reconciliations)
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of operational bottlenecks
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for large data manipulation and trackers
• Clear, professional English communication (written and spoken)
