Experteer Overview
In this role, you embed with client teams to turn real-world workflows into effective AI solutions and deploy them in production. You set technical direction, build necessary foundations, and prove value at small scale before scaling. You mentor peers, raise delivery standards, and help clients build internal capability. The role blends engineering, AI, and domain work to solve business problems in live environments, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact.

Responsabilidades




• Proficient programming and system design in Python; experience with C#/.NET, Java, Rust, or C++
• Experience taking AI/ML systems into production, including LLMs, prompt design, agentic workflows, evaluation harnesses, and retrieval pipelines
• Strong experience with APIs, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), version control, CI/CD, and security/access considerations for deployments
• Ability to own a project end-to-end in ambiguous settings and decide what to build, buy, or leave
• Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders and ability to push back when needed
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, problem-solving drive, and willingness to innovate
• Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Desire to learn domain knowledge and understand business problems in financial services is a bonus
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or related field
• Financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential
