Experteer Overview In this role you will lead aircraft performance deliverables for all fixed-wing programs, spanning design phases to in-service operations. You will work within the Aircraft Performance Team of the Flight Physics Centre, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support certification, sales campaigns, and operational data analysis. You will drive data-driven decision making, digitalization and tool harmonization to improve performance assessments. - Lead aircraft performance activities for current and future programs, Ru0026D projects, certification processes, and certification authority negotiations
- Contribute to design phases and evaluate performance impacts of configuration changes to aircraft and engine
- Perform performance studies for sales campaigns, RFPs, customer inquiries, and in-service technical support
- Support flight data analysis for development, certification, training, and incident investigations; advance tool harmonization and data management roadmaps
- Deliver high-quality technical dossiers on time, cost,



and quality; contribute to technology roadmaps and service portfolio expansion
- Foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Aircraft Performance (development, flight test, and certification)
- Strong communication, collaboration, conflict management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High customer focus with owner mentality; ability to think strategically while executing under pressure
- Advanced English (written and spoken); German/Spanish fluency is a plus
- Expertise in flight data analysis, aircraft u0026 engine performance evaluation, certification processes, and digital tools for flight operations
