Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the delivery of regulatory-driven system implementations and business transformations at scale. You will provide strategic governance and execution oversight to align compliance with modernization and AI-enabled efficiency. You’ll lead cross‑functional groups across business and tech, shaping programs that respond to evolving regulations and deliver measurable value. This position offers high impact, international scope, and the chance to influence risk, governance, and performance at FedEx in Europe.

• Lead regulatory-driven technology and business transformation programs to meet milestones and compliance
• Assess evolving regulations and coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Regulatory teams to manage impacts
• Influence and steer diverse teams across business and technology functions and manage stakeholders and vendors
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Drive large-scale transformation using Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Ensure planning, prioritization, dependency management, and continuous delivery improvement
• Champion AI and automation to enhance program delivery, compliance, risk monitoring, reporting, and efficiency




• Promote data-driven decision-making and responsible adoption of new technologies
• Oversee risk management, governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Manage vendors and monitor KPIs, budgets, milestones, and realized benefits

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of leading complex programs with solid PM methodologies knowledge
• Experience with SAFe framework and Clearance Domain
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills across multiple hierarchical levels
• High resilience, adaptability, and results orientation
• Ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
• Collaborative leadership style empowering teams with accountability
• Experience leading internal cross-functional teams for fast-cycle strategic developments
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Willingness to travel 30% to FedEx locations in Europe
• Previous exposure to Customs Clearance is advantageous
