Experteer Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end process analysis and redesign to boost productivity and operational excellence within FedEx Europe. You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business teams to map, optimize, and implement scalable processes. You’ll identify opportunities for automation and improvements, leading European initiatives from business case to deployment. - Recommend, lead and execute business analysis plans for new and existing projects
- Produce complex BPM flows and develop SOPs/job aids
- Identify opportunities for innovations, automations, and productivity gains
- Own initiatives and drive them independently to successful completion
- Evaluate business requests against strategy
- Lead European projects from start to finish (business case, plan, execution, hyper care)
- Maintain partnerships with IT, Operations, Finance and Regulatory

- Bachelor/MSc in Industrial/Process Engineering,



Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- 3+ years in Process Engineering, BPM, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation Programs
- Proven experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end processes
- Track record of measurable productivity, efficiency, cycle time, quality, and customer outcomes improvements
- Experience in regulated environments with process compliance, governance, and risk management
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (including Visio, Power BI, Copilot)
- Oracle Database – SQL queries a plus
- Willingness to travel 30%+ within Europe
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
