We are looking for an AI engineer proficient in Python, AWS, and GenAI frameworks to bridge the gap between business needs and production-grade solutions, while upholding high standards of software quality and AI ethics.

Job Requirements

Understand user needs and business opportunities and identify where Artificial Intelligence (including GenAI) can bring the greatest impact.

Design, build and deploy AI systems and agentic workflows.

Contribute to the implementation of the AI strategy and roadmap for the company.

Share your knowledge with your colleagues to boost artificial intelligence in Adevinta and strengthen our AI community.

Job Responsibilities

Have experience applying machine learning methods (including deep learning) to:

Develop solutions to address impactful business needs.

Assure quality and robustness of AI system outputs.

Work with other team members to help productionize end-to-end ML solutions.

Experience in designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph.

Demonstrate a robust ethical framework and critical thinking skills when developing, implementing, or utilizing AI technologies.

Experience in applying Generative AI technologies to solve business problems, while demonstrating a thorough understanding of its associated risks.

Proficiency in Python with ability to translate ideas into prototypes.

Experience working in cloud environment (e.g. AWS)

Experience with Agile philosophies (e.g. Scrum) and project management tools (e.g.: JIRA).

Have strong interpersonal communication skills to:





Engage with stakeholders and understand business requirements.

Communicate effectively with non-technical audiences.

Stay current with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence.

Nice to Have

Backend Engineering Background: Prior hands-on experience in software engineering and backend development (e.g., building robust APIs, microservices architecture, serverless systems, and managing database integrations like SQL/NoSQL or vector databases).

System Design: Understanding of distributed systems, high-availability architecture, and design patterns that support performant production application infrastructure.
