We are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant (28h/week), passionate about fashion, to join our team in El Corté Inglès - Valencia.As a brand ambassador, you embody The Kooples' universe and image with our customers, providing high-quality service and a quality shopping experience.Your main responsibilities will include:Customer Relationship & Sales- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through impeccable service,- Build loyalty and grow the customer database,- Have a thorough knowledge of the product offer (features, benefits) to recommend a selection tailored to each customer,- Use the digital tools provided to deliver a smooth,



personalised shopping experience and contribute to the store's performance,- Actively contribute to achieving the store's turnover and KPI targets.In Store- Maintain the store in excellent condition and uphold visual merchandising standards as recommended,- Ensure the store is properly restocked,- Handle deliveries, shipments and stock organisation,- Take part in end-of-season returns and stocktakes,- Carry out and follow cash and card payment procedures,- Open and close the store in accordance with internal procedures,- Report any discrepancies or issues to the management team,- Comply with all internal policies, including uniform and grooming guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
