Overview

As Cloud Catalog and Product Analyst you will help maintain vendor catalogs and product portfolios across internal systems while onboarding vendors in Europe. You will drive data quality, reduce errors, and support new operational processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve catalog-related queries. You will contribute to automating workflows and enabling scalable cloud solutions across Europe, delivering strong impact and efficiency. This role offers a bridge between business needs and technical solutions in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades

- Analyze data to identify process gaps and support improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain process documentation for catalog and product management
- Manage ticketing tools and resolve catalog-related queries from EMEA countries
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-organizational meetings across end-to-end processes
- Deploy and support new operational processes and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain and continuously improve catalog data quality
- Provide training and knowledge transfer for new processes, including with outsourced parties
- Maintain regular communication with countries and stakeholders on catalog and product processes
- Understand complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities




- Translate business challenges into automation solutions and leverage AI to increase efficiency
- Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions

Requisitos principales

- Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, especially under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in analytical tools, data gathering, spreadsheets, and BI/reporting tools
- Comfort with international, results-driven project environments
- Project experience in software licensing, support, or customer service functions is a strong advantage
- Technical knowledge of TD SYNNEX tools and systems including SAP, Microsoft Office products, hardware, operating systems, programming languages, diagnostic utilities, and monitoring tools
- Experience in IT channel, Pan-European distribution, or software vendor environments is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages are a plus
- Intercultural experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk
- Process documentation and improvement tools
