You will partner with leadership to embed controls, manage incidents, and drive remediation. You will lead risk-based assurance activities and report to the Executive Leadership Team and Board on compliance status. The role supports employment, immigration, payroll, privacy, and broader financial crime and contractual obligations, operating at multi-jurisdictional scale with cross-functional collaboration. This is a chance to shape a scalable compliance program for a next-generation data centre company.ResponsabilidadesOwn and evolve the regulatory compliance framework across Spain and Europe (inform, comply, assure).Maintain the register of obligations, monitor regulatory change, and ensure owners are aware of impacts.Partner with business leaders to design and operate controls meeting obligations; drive remediationfor non-compliance; manage incidents end-to-end.Lead risk-based assurance activities, identify control gaps, and coordinate executive and board assurances.Support employment law, immigration,
