dynamic, proactive and talented person

to join our team and perform the following

tasks : Design, develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center solutions. Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Implement complex case management workflows, routing logic, SLAs and business process automation. Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CCaaS and enterprise systems using Azure services. Configure and enhance omnichannel capabilities across Chat, Email, Voice, WhatsApp and Webforms. Develop chatbot and voice bot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to support CI/CD, ALM and environment promotion strategies. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact Center Power Platform 4+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / CCaaS solutions, with hands‑on expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, omnichannel services and customer service environments. Experience integrating enterprise applications through Azure services, following DevOps, ALM, security, compliance and data governance best practices. Strong professional proficiency in English. Workplace: TCS Office in Madrid - 40% Remote. Work Schedule: Business Hours. Permanent contract - We offer indefinite contracts from the first day.
