- Own rider demand forecasts at city-hour level, track forecast accuracy, and continuously optimize performance;
- Collaborate with local teams to collect insights and make decisions on their application;
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics and trends;
- Simplify and automate forecasting processes with tech teams to implement scalable solutions;
- Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for rider allocation, operational planning, and efficiency optimization;
- Collaborate with local operations and stakeholders to validate forecasts and identify proactive adjustments;
- Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to improve resource planning and overall service performance.

Требования





- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field;
- 1-3 Years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data accurately and extract actionable insights;
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets;
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English;
- Proactive, self-starting approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Nice to have: experience in logistics, e-commerce, or gig economy sectors.
