This senior, hands-on role will embed resilience thinking into how every part of the business operates, reporting to the Group Risk and Audit Director and guiding a small team. You will mature the resilience function, manage cross‑functional risk, and coordinate incident response for major disruptions while partnering with technology and product leaders to close gaps.
