WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your educational background:You hold a university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and professional certifications are a strong plus.

Your strengths: You combine strategic board-level vision with a pragmatic, hands-on execution mindset. You bridge start-up agility with corporate governance standards and demonstrate strong leadership, mentorship, and matrix stakeholder management skills across dual reporting lines.

Your profile: You bring 8–10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience (CFO, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Director) with mandatory experience in Private Label business models (Fashion, Apparel, FMCG, or Consumer Goods). You have a proven track record in scale-up and greenfield environments and are fluent in Spanish and English (German is a plus).
