Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end product design for The Bump across web and mobile, while shaping monetization experiences for TKWW brands. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Editorial, and GMS to align user needs with business goals. Expect to drive strategy, systems thinking, and rapid iteration from problem framing to delivery. This is a hub for cross-brand impact, shaping both consumer tools and ad-tech integrations at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Lead end-to-end product design for The Bump across web, iOS, and Android, defining UX/visual quality and core strategy
- Collaborate with GMS to design sponsored content integrations and monetization touchpoints
- Partner with Engineering and Product Management to align direction and accelerate delivery
- Connect content and product pathways to improve tool discoverability while ensuring ad-tech integrations are user-friendly
- Drive design from framing through prototyping, UX/UI design, and delivery-ready specs




- Create scalable design solutions and reusable patterns that evolve TKWW's design systems
- Apply research, analytics, and post-launch results to identify growth opportunities and reduce UX debt
- Leverage AI and modern tools to prototype faster and enhance development speed

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years of product design experience leading complex consumer products
- Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with a strong portfolio
- Ability to switch between The Bump and cross-brand ad-tech/monetization projects
- Advanced systems thinking connecting multi-brand experiences
- Strong product judgment using research, usability testing, and analytics
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with development, product, marketing, and design leadership
- Bias toward rapid prototyping and using AI to accelerate work
- Comfort with ambiguity and independent domain alignment
- Experience with consumer mobile apps, content platforms, ad-tech, commerce, or multi-brand ecosystems is a plus
