Experteer Overview
In this role, you design, deploy and evolve AWS-based cloud infrastructure to support AI and data environments, driving reliability, cost efficiency and security. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable RAG and AI agent integrations and improve observability and performance. You mentor and share knowledge, while growing your technical influence and autonomy in a supportive, growth-focused culture. This is a hands-on senior position shaping AI/data platform operations at ERNI.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, deploy and evolve AWS infrastructure for AI and data environments
• Troubleshoot pipelines and execution environments to support AI and data teams
• Enable RAG and AI agent integrations and enhance observability via logs and metrics
• Develop internal Python tools, libraries and reusable frameworks
• Improve cost, performance and security of cloud infrastructure




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentors to drive technical excellence

Responsabilidades
• Strong hands-on AWS experience
• Solid Python and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK) experience
• Experience with MLOps, AIOps or Data Platform observability
• Knowledge of AI integrations including RAG, LLMs (Claude/Anthropic/API), MCP
• English level B2+ and experience with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
• Ability to design, deploy and evolve AWS infra for AI/data environments and troubleshoot pipelines
