Overview

In this role you own rider performance across Glovo’s 20+ markets, challenging targets and driving decisive actions with ROI in mind. You partner with Country Heads of Operations, Finance and General Managers to ensure a robust Controlling system, surfacing risks and opportunities early. You lead end-to-end performance visibility, trade-offs, and budget planning, turning insights into action at senior leadership level. You shape the controlling standards globally and push for impactful investments where justified.

Responsabilidades

- Own rider business performance across 20+ markets and challenge targets and recovery plans
- Maintain a 360 view of rider KPIs, balancing cost with service, delivery times, and rider experience
- Identify high-value risks and opportunities using experiments, benchmarks, and trends, directing analytical effort with ROI focus
- Own material deviations end-to-end: root cause, owners, recovery, and closure
- Lead the Best Estimate, budget and annual planning cycles, acting as the reference point for FP&A; and Finance leadership
- Raise and standardize Controlling practices, definitions, cadence, tooling, and accountability globally




- Challenge analytics team to improve forecasting and performance tooling without taking ownership of it
- Turn performance insights into decisions communicated to senior leadership and executive teams
- Coexist with multi-market and matrixed setup, with potential path to team growth in the future

Requisitos principales

- 4–7+ years in Business Performance, Controlling, Strategy & Operations, FP&A;, Consulting, Marketplace or Operations
- Accountability for a budget, cost line, or market portfolio in at least one role
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority
- Strong analytical problem solving and ability to interrogate models and perform calculations independently
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to focus on material signals
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, high comfort with complex data, fluent English
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis
