At IKONS Ibérica , we are looking for a Lead Software Engineer Microsoft Dynamics 365 CCaaS to join a long-term technology project, taking a key technical leadership role across development and support teams.

This position combines strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, CCaaS and Power Platform with team leadership and direct client interaction, contributing to platform evolution, complex technical problem-solving, automation and continuous improvement.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Senior Software Engineers, Software Engineers and SDETs.
- Ensure best practices and technical standards across Dynamics 365 CCaaS, development and DevOps.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues across build and support squads.
- Oversee the delivery of new features, customizations and extensions.
- Collaborate with architects and Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis and performance optimization in production environments.
- Drive automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, logging and telemetry practices.
- Collaborate closely with Dataverse, Integration and Security teams.
- Act as a technical liaison with clients and key stakeholders.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote continuous improvement.





? What are we looking for?
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering/development.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and CCaaS.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Lead Software Engineer.
- Experience leading development and support engineering teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and automation practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex production environments.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- English C1.
- Bachelor's degree.

⭐ Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of Dataverse.
- Experience with integration and security architectures within the Microsoft ecosystem.
