Overview

In this role you will lead QA efforts on a high-impact financial technology project, ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape testing strategy and promote QA best practices. You will drive test automation efforts and collaborate with DEV/DevOps to maximize coverage. Responsabilidades

- Propose, create and enhance the project’s test strategy with a focus on test automation
- Challenge and improve existing QA practices while promoting best practices
- Cultivate a quality-first culture and guide the team toward value-add testing




- Collaborate with client and internal teams to understand requirements and impacts
- Design, maintain and execute test cases; analyze results and provide insights
- Support and mentor the QA team in activities and skills development
- Build domain understanding across business, technical, and operational areas
- Collaborate with DEV to enhance automated tests and maximize coverage
- Partner with DEV and DevOps to improve test automation tools and solutions

Requisitos principales

- Significant experience in a QA lead role
- Ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
- Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and the QA role within it
- Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
