In this role you will drive Health u0026amp; Safety excellence within Airbus Defence and Space Sevilla by guiding risk categorisation, elimination, substitution or mitigation and ensuring compliant, technically sound controls. You will shape safe methods of work and integrate them into the EHS management system, leveraging your expertise to support business leaders. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to sustain a safety-focused culture and improve risk management across activities. This is a chance to contribute to a general aerospace leader with strong emphasis on ethics, diversity and development opportunities.

Responsabilidades
• Degree level education or equivalent
• Postgraduate in Prevention of Labour Risks
• Specialization in Psychosocial Risk Management
• At least 4 years of experience in Prevention of Labour Risks
• Spanish and English negotiation level
• Good communication and negotiation skills
