Experteer Overview As a Data u0026amp; AI Engineer, you will design, build and productionize data-driven models and systems for Allianz Services. You’ll work within the Az Services Spain Engineering Hub to turn business goals into reliable AI solutions with measurable ROI. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure scalable pipelines, robust evaluation, and secure integrations with internal APIs and SaaS. You’ll drive delivery in an agile environment, balancing performance, cost, and reliability to make AI work in production. - Design and implement ML models and data-driven applications with scalable, maintainable pipelines
- Develop and deploy models spanning classical ML and text/unstructured data as needed
- Create evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to ensure model accuracy over time
- Build secure integrations with internal APIs, databases, and SaaS systems using REST and versioned APIs




- Deploy model versions behind stable endpoints with automated testing and containerized deployments
- Optimize services for latency, reliability, and cost, with logging, monitoring, and traceability for production
- Write high-quality, testable code and maintain CI/CD pipelines with clear technical documentationResponsabilidades
- 5-7 years of end-to-end ML or data engineering experience
- Strong Python programming and software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on ML product lifecycle and MLOps experience
- CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred)
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Good level of English
