You will oversee hubs across Central Europe and lead openings, moves, and closures to align with growth, culture, and operations. You’ll negotiate leases and manage budgets, timelines, and external partners to deliver high-quality real estate projects. The role also ties real estate to Workplace, Finance, and ESG goals, with a focus on employee experience.
